Edit history

Members of Bläckwitch band all hail from established South West acts including Silver Lizard, Dreg Squad and Sludge Bucket, but together create a unique brand of heavy but melodic music self classified as "Doomcore". The band gained early recognition playing their first two shows at the Prince of Wales in Bunbury and Amplifier bar in Perth with well known Perth bands "Chainsaw Hookers" and "Scalphunter". Bläckwitch clocked up a number of East coast band supports with "King Parrot" and "Dead City Ruins" and are about to share the stage with Californian punks "Guttermouth" in Margaret river. The band has quickly gained a solid local and Perth fan base and are working towards a Melbourne tour mid 2015 and an album towards the end of the year. You can check out the filmclip to "Seek and Despise" at http://youtu.be/4APsjlSo3Y0 and keep your ears peeled for some Bläckwitch hitting stereos and stages near you soon.
