House and folk make strange bedfellows; but for the brothers Ladgrove it makes Blue City. Wongo and Rodregez grew up in basking in Gold Coast sunshine before going very separate ways; For Wongo it has been pounding out beats from Sydney to Berlin whilst Rodregez has covered the folk circuit and toured the blues in China. Blue City is all about fun, chilled out pop, catchy tunes, deep beats, with words sprinkled in for good measure.
