Bobby I is a singer, songwriter, producer and high-kickin' show pony. Imagine if Alison Goldfrapp and Jareth the Goblin King had a very *special* child, who was then adopted by Madonna and raised by her housekeeper. The music is chart-ready electro-pop. Dance with a heartbeat. Think Lady Gaga meets The Presets meets Goldfrapp. The Best of Bobby I EP is available now. Bobby I has most recently performed at Gay Shame, JOHN dance party, BAMBI and EP launches about Melbourne town. Southern Star wrote "punters can expect Presets-style dance hooks, Lady Gaga-esque theatrics, and a hefty dose of Beyonce's tectonic routines". The show does aim for the lofty pop heights of the greats and incorporates a DJ, dancers, theatrics and the obligatory bodysuits (usually a stunning/nauseating blend of lycra and sequins).
