Bon Marche formed in February 2007 with a common love for music from Zeppelin through to Muse. Playing original material drawing influence from bands such as The Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, and The Mars Volta, Bon Marche's melodic music is reminiscent of early Chili Peppers classics. Their genre is best described as melodic Indie Rock blended with Funk: fast paced with intricate rhythms, melodic bass lines and thoughtful lyrics.
