In the making for many years but unsure whether to release in Australia or New Zealand some of my music has been sitting around for years going nowhere. Essentially as an artist and as a resident I no longer belong in my country of Origin (New Zealand) yet Australia refuses to allow me to even apply for citizenship. So the Australian Governments greatest insult (Bondi Bludgers) I decided to make my own. As for the Budgie Smuggler; yep, that's Tony Abbott saying to us be lifters not leaners. Hey mate, I just want to belong and be able to vote! I came to Australia in 2007 for a better life and find myself stateless in a society I try to call home. I am hoping my music will lift the awareness of Australian Government discrimination of kiwis and give us a fair go. Untyil that day arrives, ANZAC is broken.
