Boomahay started his musical life as a drummer playing in many band around the UK. After a much too long break from the music scene (1996-1998) Allan turned his hand to Djing, and spent much of 1999 to 2003ish giging in the European underground dance music scene, accumulating a healthy knowledge of electronic music! Since living in Australia, he focuses much of his time and resources into writing the music that has been stored up in his head over the last 15years. The result being a healthy mix of phat beatz to keep the dance floor alive!

I've been a musician for about 25 years, playing a few different things in many types of bands. I couldn't really settle with one particular instrument or one genre of music. This was kinda frustrating, just playing a bit of this and that, and then skipping to something else that sparked my interest. So I pushed on, hoping something would stick. Then about 10 years ago I dipped my toe into the world of sound engineering and music production. It took a little time to navigate my way through the minefield of technology, but now I've entered a world that brings me enormous joy, pleasure and most importantly satisfaction.
