Country, gospel, surfing. It's a pretty strange combination for a musical genre, but that's what happended when 4 friends got together and started jamming on old hymns and alt-country influenced orginals, mixed with a common love of surfing. A short time spent practicing as the church band for a day, kept steadily producing country twinged spirituals, with no deliberate attempt to do so, and so the idea of a band was born. In a short time the decision was made to lay a few tracks down in a one day studio visit, coinciding with the band's first road trip (road trips are very important to a country gospel surf band), and here's the result. Early days indeed, but days spent attending to the details, to spread the country gospel surf seed. And it's cool to play.
