Borrowed Chords started out as a busking project for Oscar & Ryan back in 2016. This quickly developed into a larger stage show seeing them play at Adelaide’s iconic venues; The Gov & Jive where they supported Indiago for their “Gusto” single launch. The duo then jumped straight into Rural SA music festivals such as Gawler change original music festival and Adelaide steampunk festival. After their first taste of the festival music style Borrowed Chords embarked on their first interstate tour to Victoria where they played at Whole lotta Love, The Brunswick Hotel, The Arkadia Hotel and many more. Upon returning to Adelaide from Victoria the band sold out The Crown & Anchor Hotel and The Metro hotel where they recorded their first album “Live at the metro” which is available on iTunes, Spotify and other online stores.
