we started out as an RMIT recording experiment for brian(vocalist M.C.) and quickly fused together his somewhat frankenstien expeimental sense of music into a band.Boston Solar's wish is to simply play gigs,as we have only played the evelyn hotel on a monday night!!!.....so far the band's members Kumar(guitar) plays regular jazz gigs and has recorded with the cat empire playing sitar,Scotty(drums)teaches music and can gig with anyone cause he's fuckin good! damn it!! Rohwze(bass)who works as a chef but has been playing gypsy music with the infamous underground melb band Croque Monsieur for years and Jane+1(vocals.She's +1 cause there's a bubba on the way!!yay)who sings with her soul with charlie dont surf and teaches drama at some high school i cant remember collectively, the sound of boston Solar can draw upon the talents of these musicians and has created 4 studio D.I.Y. tracks and a dodgy live recording by Rohwze's girlfriend ania, that is completely raw and shows the honest
