Bowen & The Lucky Dutchmen are making waves on the Australian music scene. The band first originated in late months of 2010 as an acoustic/roots 4 piece, however they quickly found their feet in the shoes of being an upbeat Blues/Funk/Rooots sensation and also having found a great influence from various corner's of Rock. The four boys have rather contrasting musical background's, aged 21 Bowen having a heavy grasp on Blues and Root's, he has already seen many great things at a young age with supporting Paul Kelly, Richard Clapton and various festivals when he was 16 years of age. Will Gijsbers found his footing, at a young age, in Jazz/Classical and Blues, now being a renowned guitar teacher in the Hunter Valley when the Dutchmen have time off. Red Atkinson being the Funk driven member of the beloved foursome, Red and Will grew up playing in the same band's together. The Dutchmen's final and newest member is Tom Green joining the boy's on drums, 'Tg' hailing from metal/heavy rock
