Formed out of the ashes of ‘Chodus’ in 2004 ‘Boxtrotters’ began their quest for world domination through the power of three striking individuals. All of them, on their own were but mere mortals but when combined they became more than man, they became legend. Boxtrotters unique style of music can be described as a combination of heavy punk rock and grunge. They love their music to be loud and usually fast. The songs that are written generally rely on a powerful chorus backed up by a catchy rhythm provided throughout the verse and an alternate solo sure to get the blood pumping. Boxtrotters first burst onto the music scene with gigs at “Rays” and have since blown the music world apart with gigs at “The Finnish Hall”, and “The Basement”. These, although providing invaluable experience to the band shows have done little to satisfy the need Boxtrotters possess to play more shows to as many people as possible. The plan for world domination is in place now with many more gigs planned
