Boyfriend Material, who emerged in early 2024, is a slice of melodic power pop with big fuzzed-out guitars, huge harmonies, and catchy hooks. Hailing from the Inner West of Sydney, Australia, the band has quickly made waves in their local scene, opening for notable acts like Press Club and Sloan Peterson. Their much-loved debut single "Electric" captured attention, and now they are set to release their second single, "Stating the Obvious." As they work on their debut EP, they dream of one day selling novelty socks at their headline shows.
