Anticipating the release of their first single “Open your Eyes”, Bruges has exploded onto the local stage with presence and vibrancy. “Open your Eyes” showcases Bruges ability to create impactful music whilst retaining white space. It combines fast paced rock with sweet pop to create an energetic, driving and charismatic song. The solid, driving rhythm and percussion section delivered by Maurice Timbers (Drums) and Felix Barbalet (Bass) complements the melodic guitar and powerful vocals of Tim Dyer (Guitar and Vocals). Mostly forming in 2012 the band has just finished recording their self-titled EP and will be looking to tour it in late 2014. The dynamic trio delivers a memorable live performance and is being closely followed by local music lovers whilst gaining fans throughout Australia.
