Bryce Jacobs is a Sydney based musician who writes and performs his own brand of Soundtrack Rock. Heavily influenced by bands and artists such as The Police, U2, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Tool, Peter Gabriel, The Beatles, Nine Inch Nails, Muse, The Killers, etc etc... Bryce has cultivated his own unique blend of hybrid genre calling upon more external influences to the norm to colour his musical imagery. Artists such as Miles Davis, Dave Brubeck, John McLaughlin, George Benson and Charlie Christian in jazz circles, and Debussy, Wagner, Beethoven, Stravinski, Rachmaninov and Gorecki in the classical stream, all swim in and out of the sound world Bryce produces with his band. From his dedication to writing from such an eclectic base came the development of a guitar of his own design with the range and capabilities of a piano. Facilitating the transcription of piano music faithfully onto a guitar, this instrument is a new and exciting platform to write and perform any style of music
