Distrosub

A cadre of legal enthusiasts, comprising two (2) vocalists, one (1) DJ and one (1) idiot savant who is a sort of non-insane percussive automaton, decided to form the Vexatious Litigants under the benevolent patronage of Bullstrode Whitelocke after years of silent disquiet at the Australian legal-rap industry and the continued and inexplicable promotion of Thirsty Merc and, in particular, moustachioed frontman, Rai Thistleswayte. Graduating from UNSW bar nights to larger Campus festivals, the "Litigants have now played small gigs in places from Dural to the Canberra Folk Festival and festivals including ACL and Rock in Rio. Inspired by the likes of Saul Williams, Lord Diplock and Sir Owen Dixon, their music is a melodic hip hop with some spoken word and an emphasis on crunk style dancehall beats, legal positivism and lyrics made up solely of ratio decidendi. Here are the lyics to their first single: Vexatious Litigation: Better shout out cos I'm the lawyer your mum warned you about
