Burnt letters is a Melbourne-based alt-country and blues outfit influenced by Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave, Geechie Wiley, crushing heartbreak, and the full moon wreathed in red. Burnt letters started its life as a recording project. In late 2013 Kinch Kinski asked writer and singer Lou Pine to compose and sing harmonies for a new EP. The project quickly took on a life of its own, with other musicians getting in on the act, a pozible campaign, and plans for gigs, tours, manic dancing, and world domination. Burnt letters is all about good songs, good times, and sweet vocal harmonies. Come along to a show and cry while you're dancing. New EP out April 5th.
