Spencer and Ben grew up in Springfield, IL and ended up both living in Arizona and Chicago at the same time. They played in a couple bands together in Phoenix 2000-2002 including Fatal Blowout (aka The Crucials) with compadre Andrew Henschen. The duo reunited in Chicago as Busted Canoe and played a few shows and parties and stuff around 2008-2009 and then divorced. Amicably. Photo by Mandy Matz
