A small poet from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, C. F. Gallion comes from a family of blue-collar workers. He writes poetry based on his life growing up in the U.P., from the bipolar weather to the local industries and enterprises that control his home. At times, he attempts to be funny with little success.
