Full of ups and downs, Cade’s musical journey began in his teenage years, when he began writing obscene alternative lyrics to cartoon pop band 'Jem And The Holograms' songs. The lyric book may have been discovered and thrown in the incinerator by his parents, but he’d found a passion for the creation of music, and began slaving away Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings at Penrith Payless Shoes to save for singing lessons, and his first keyboard. Thrust on stage at his local retirement village with only one lesson under his belt, stage fright rendered his performance one to forget, but undeterred he signed up for songwriting classes.
