Influenced by pop/folk music of the '80s and '90s, as well as blues and soul music of the '60s and '70s Cam McLennan sculpts songs and a sound with equal parts melody and emotion. After a long apprenticeship playing with musicians much finer than he, as part of cult band Eltsen Olim, the singer/songwriter crafted his distinctive blues-folk-pop sound in Melbourne's finest pubs and bars as a solo performer before relocating to the nation's capital where he regularly performs around town and records at his home studio.
