My name is Candice Kingston and I am a 28 yr old singer/ Songwriter from the Gold Coast. I have been singing since the age of 5 and began singing lessons 4 years ago. I am taking guitar tuition with Kevin Briggs. I started writing my own songs 3 years ago after a personal tragedy changed my life. I found writing music to be a huge release, very therapeutic in a time of turmoil. I have been very fortunate during the past year to work with some amazing people. Starting with Paul Blakey from 12th & Vine Post Studio when he mastered my first Ep. Through this meeting with Paul he has introduced me to the very talented singer, songwriter & producer Maggie Britton and the brilliant guitarist & producer Louie Shelton. Working with Maggie has helped me so much and opened many doors for me. She has taught me everything I know about songwriting, vocal coaching and the ins and outs of the music industry.
