duo of coastal sky-gazers James Breust and Ryan Van Der Woude have been writing music together since 2009 and since then have been on and off with different song writing endeavors and aspirations. Gathering influences from 1960s folk and garage bands to films and artworks from Warhol and Kubrick. Main inspirations stem from people and their forecast on the world, geometry, friends and choices. Music once described as cream poured on an electric fence or a stone endlessly bouncing across the pacific ocean. Only new to the unearthed advent, for Capitael, there is only an anticipated future for this dream pop enigma and the sounds created through digital and analogue crosswinds.
