With their inception only a little over a year ago, Wollongong surf-psych outfit Capital Coast have managed to tick a fair few boxes. Attacking the live circuit with vigour has indeed paid off, already sharing the stage with the likes of Bootleg Rascal, Lyall Maloney, Halcyon Drive, Hedge Fund, and a recent month-long support residency alongside Jenny Broke The Window, Bin Juice and Bad Pony at Manly's Moonshine Bar. Releasing their debut EP earlier this year, they've just dropped 'Sun Gunn', the second single to be lifted from their forthcoming sophomore EP 'Johnny Hunter'.
