Made up of Toffer, AdRoc and Ionei the Captives are a Latrobe Valley Based Punk Rock band that have only been working together for less than 6 months. But this hasn't stopped this hard working trio from playing a slew of shows in including a WM3 benefit show and recording and releasing their first demo and are preparing to record their second. Known for their abrasive content and active/ tongue in cheek stage show the captives are already starting to develop a noteriety between Traralgon and Beyond.

From Tasmania/Melbourne (AUS), Captives first emerged in 2013, beginning a journey that has seen the band build a loyal following through energetic live shows, relentless touring and a catalogue of music that has connected with audiences around the world. In late 2025, the band travelled to New Jersey to record their new material with renowned producer Jon Markson (The Story So Far, Drug Church, Drain) & Alan Day (Four Year Strong) at The Animal Farm Studios.
