Poet, performance artist, activist and outsider-art musician Casper Jean Rimbaud is a Melbournian artist who's musical influences include the most psychotic and brilliant of musicians, ranging from Daniel Johnston to The Shaggs and Brian Wilson. Recorded on broken tape recorders and guitars, Rimbaud's songs touch on childhood, depression, animal activism (a passion of his) and the harsh realities of crime and cruelty in society.
