CASTERS formed in early 2013 when high school buddies Scott Wallis (Bassist/Backing Vocals) and Kyle Gately (Drums) heard majestic and god-like guitar sounds coming from their college music room. They found the shy, quiet and unassuming Jordan Schaeffer (Lead Guitar), all alone and shredding to the point of almost setting the guitar on fire. Scott and Kyle immediately asked him if he would like to form a band with them, praying that he wasn't already in one. Soon the trio realised they would need a vocalist and enlisted the help of their friend Dave Mueck (Lead Vocals/Rhythm Guitar) and thus CASTERS was born.
