CASTRO! is life. CASTRO! is real. CASTRO! is natural, grooving rock with a big bottom end accentuated by complex polyrhythms, intricate leads and soulful vocals, all the while maintaining an alternative vibe through raw production and grungey guitar tones. CASTRO! have become a part of the Newcastle original scene through 18 months of gigging in the area. CASTRO! launched their ep 'All Is Well' on Friday 4th August at the Cambridge Hotel in Newcastle. The band intends to record again as soon as possible and hit the road to reach some new punters. You can catch CASTRO! at the Strikeback festival in Newcastle - www.myspace.com/strikeback06 www.strikebackmusic.net And head to the band's official myspace for free downloads.
