With over 110 million streams worldwide, 2025 saw them unleash the brash, unapologetic singles “Cool Star,” “Hotness!!!,” “Pop Music” feat. Cult Shφtta and "Rot " from their self described 'neo-indie-sleaze-trap-pop-star-type-shit’ mixtape, LIVE LAUGH COOL STAR. 2025 marked an exciting chapter for Cat & Calmell, with the duo lighting up stages on support for Camila Cabello’s sold-out national tour and celebrated their own mixtape with heaving, sold-out headline shows in Sydney and Melbourne. Their energy translated to airwaves too, with Cool Star remaining in the top 3 triple j most played list for 5 consecutive weeks, their 2nd triple j Like A Version cover of 4ever gaining viral traction instantly and the mixtape firmly landing the consistent support of BBC Radio 1 who continue to champion their singles. Kicking off 2026, Cat & Calmell scored the Australian Renee Rapp support slot, including their first ever arena show at the Australian Open, cementing them as one of this year’s most unstoppable acts.  Cat & Calmell burst onto the scene in 2020 with their breakout hit ‘dumbshit’ and immediately shot into the hearts and playlists of critics around the world. Since then, they have supported pop heavyweights including Dua Lipa & Mallrat, as well as landing key performances at Splendour In The Grass, Yours & Owls Festival, The Great Escape (UK) & headline shows across Europe.
