This is our band - CATACOSMICA. We're a progressive metal band who play by our own rules and basically just want to enjoy ourselves with our music. the name Catacosmica comes from our interest in Egyptian Mythology (Catacombs) and Space/Aliens (Cosmic) thus Catacosmica was created We've got a wide range of influences, Riffs influenced by CKY, Tool and System Of A Down, Acoustic interludes influenced by The Nightwatchman and Opeth & overall we all have a strong death metal influence from Decrepit Birth, Cryptopsy, The Faceless, Death and Nile. We are currently trying to get our music out there and get some real gigs so we can unleash the Catacosmic force on this world. Our recordings arent the best sounding recordings you will hear, but they will do for now, we will have some more songs recorded for you soon, but until then, thanks for listening and your support, it means a lot to us.
