Cattywomp has impressed audiences around the Northwest. The sextet presents a vintage rock attitude with a more modern, often funky, edge. Elements of funk, blues, rock ‘n’ roll, post-rock, and jazz combine such that heavy, driving riffs and powerful bass-lines are fused with more expansive jams. The result is a sound in the vein of bands such as Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews Band, RHCP, and 311.
