CharEm (Shar-Em) is an emerging Sister Duo band based in Melbourne Australia, consisting of Emilee Zeegers and Charlotte Zeegers. Their use of tight harmonies, and catchy riffs create their indie, folk, pop sound whilst also incorporating elements of rock and punk rock. Emilee and Charlotte's distinctive style draws inspiration from a broad musical pallete encompassing everything from Australian Rock to Modern Pop and Ballads and are inspired by artists like Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, Dido, 5 Seconds of Summer, Hunters and Collectors, and Icehouse. Emilee and Charlotte draw inspiration from personal and observed experiences, encountered in their past.
