Edit history

Born in Far North Queensland Australia, singer-songwriter Chloe Marks began playing professionally at the age of just 15. After getting her Bachelor of Music and then spending over 2 years in blues/rock band Scotch & Cider as a singer/drummer, she left the band to pursue a solo career. She began by releasing her debut EP ‘The Book Of Secrets’ and continued doing shows all over the east coast of Australia, in hopes of pushing herself further with both her playing and her writing. She refuses to be limited and placed by others into just one genre, and from this her music covers everything from laid back Jack Johnson style songs, to fast heavy blues and everything in between. Now based in Sydney, she’s back with her brand new, self-produced EP ‘Spare Room Symphonies’ which was fully written and recorded in (you guessed it) her spare room.
