In a scene dominated by digital music, Chris Gresh is a refreshing throwback to the true sense of what it means to be a singer songwriter. The 24-year-old has been playing intimate venues around Sydney (his home), Australia and New York (his home away from home) for nearly 10 years, capturing audiences with his carefully crafted, thought-provoking, and almost prophetic lyrical style. His well formed, flowing melodies are reminiscent of the old songs, but are set to guitar or piano in a way that embraces the new; to shape a sound that is unique and creative, yet accessible. As a multi-instrumentalist, Chris has spent the recent years of his career recording his songs in lofts, church halls, and in his bedroom. "I love recording on my own because I get to experiment as much as I like, without the pressure of time" explains Chris. The latest project to come from this process is his 2013 EP - 'Like You Mean It'. It features 5 tracks that each reflect the wide variety of musical styles
