Chris-John Wilson is a singer-songwriter based in Sydney. He has supported such acts as Sarah Mcleod (SuperJesus), IOTA, Carus and the True Believers and Monique Brumby. The style of music he plays is acoustic/pop/rock. He began playing live solo early 2004, and has played more than 200 shows in over 50 different venues since that time. Recorded on his own in his bedroom he released his first EP mid 2005 titled 'Grace To Begin', and launched it at the Brass Monkey in Cronulla. The show sold out. Then in mid 2006 he met up with Sydney producer Lindsay Rimes to record his second EP, titled 'Pieces of an Overhead View'. The result was a vastly superior effort to his first recording. Again, he launched the new EP at the Brass Monkey in Cronulla in early October 2006, and for the first time, enjoyed the experience of playing with a full band.
