The City Crawlers, Aussie hip hop straight from the Gold Coast. Mc's BIG G and Leigh draw from their lifes and the world around them to bring you hip hop Gold Coast style. Whether they feel angered, introspective or just up for a good old fashion Pub crawl, you can guarantee the boys will tell you whats on thier minds. They can keep it light or flip the style to get deeply political, and serve up beats to match. Drunken ryhming matches between the two MC,s evolved into quazi songs with no direction, until the beginning of 2006. The crawlers would be on hand for the hilltop hoods performace at the big day out, it was after that performance that the boys got serious about thier music. A love of hip hop and a hatred of commercial tweeny pop / rap , also helped motivate them to record thier hip hop ideas. They formed this act, for the love of independent music, in all its forms and styles. Support independant music- Support aussie hip hop- Support Unearthed- and.... Support the CITY
