CloudBird is a Sydney based 3 piece who have entertained audiences between Stockholm and Sydney in their 5 years together. With original and well written songs that traverse a range of genres they are pleasantly difficult to pigeon hole. With a hint of country, this album runs the gauntlet between what could be described as a Captain Beefheart rawness to a rollicking hoe down embedded with 70's funk. Creating the a full dynamic range the album closes out with a stripped back ethereal duo performed live with two guitars. These are original songs you’ll instantly love. CloudBird’s live shows are packed with mirth, foot tapping road-trip sing a long's, entwining guitars, harmonies, girl/boy, yin/yang, north/south, land/sea, cloud/ bird... Their self titled debut Album is out now.
