By mixing strong beats and samples with classic piano and commercial modern synthesised sounds Collective Crew have created a declaration that is true to the hip-hop form but pushes the style with catchy chorus lines that are sure to open the group’s appeal far beyond the standard hip-hop/rap market. From humble origins free styling at parties in Lake Munmorah, New South Wales, in the late 1990’s and 2000 Collective Crew expanded by joining forces with exceptional musicians and lyricists who shared a love of hip-hop and a passion to take it to the next level and discover their own voice and style.
