Collin began playing guitar in his early high school years. With even his high school music teacher pushing him to learn piano he simply said "But that's not the sound I wanna make!" Over the next few years of teaching himself guitar on internet tablature he quickly learned that creating music was far more enjoyable than playing other people's works of art. Hiding behind his guitar over the remaining years to date, Collin would write up to 30 songs in his bedroom only for his own ears. Two years ago he ventured into the world of performing on stage and has never looked back. This inspired him to continue learning music and enroll in the Conservatorium of Music to study Composition. A songwriter first he takes to writing music by letting the music tell him what it's trying to say and not to be so arrogant as to tell it what to be.
