With their current line-up dating back to early 2001, Come Up Smiling have developed an stockpile of strong songs, original sounds and an energetic live show. The big 2 guitar sound of the band is complemented by a tight rhythm section, producing a definite rock style reminiscent of elements of The Clash and You Am I, yet also influenced by the Australian pub rock scene of the 80s.
