Commander Arkhipov, named after Commander Vasili Arkhipov – the man who saved the world from a nuclear war, are a band of free thinking bolsheviks. Are we heros?… not really; but, we do stand for something… at least more than those whackos that put fruit on pizza Arkhipov are all neighbours from Castle Hill in Sydney. In fact Mark and Liam live directly opposite each other, which will make kicking Liam out of the band super awkward if it ever happens… Formerly of three bands, lee'mon, self is a seed & tijuana Stag Party, the guys have developed something that is offbeat, catchy and quite weird.
