We, The Condemned Sovereign, formed in mid 2009. The founding members are Tommy D (Bass), Rick Bennett (Guitar) and Vincent Hisco (Vox). In late 2009 we added in Scott Van Diggle on Drums and Sam Yeoman on Keys. We've been focussing on writing and rehearsing so far and played our first gig in January 2010. An overwhelmingly good response from audiences has led to the lining up of several awesome opportunities to play shows in the future. We have recently recorded our first demo at Frequency Studios and have been invited to record a song with the one and only Dave Carr! Our sound is hard for us to define, so we call it Alternative Rock/Metal. As a band we have very diverse tastes in music; with notable influences from 90s Grunge, Classic 60s/70s rock and psychedelic, Hardcore, Early Punk and a huge range of modern rock, prog, metal and even electronic music.

Condemned Sovereign, a new band from Melbourne, Australia, had their first get together on 17/6/2009. Consisting of 3 official band members all with a similar taste in music and a dream of one day making music which people will one remember and appreciate. You may consider our music to be Hard Rock/Metal/Experimental though we prefer our music not to be categorized. We're Currently in the stage of experimenting with different sounds and writing and are also searching for an experienced drummer who is willing practice regularly and fully commit to the band. All the song on myspace as of yet are just raw demos to give you a rough idea of our sound but we look forward to hitting up the studio so we can share our music with everyone.
