Conor Abbott Brown's music could be the dream of a lost mountain range or the folk music of a culture that has never existed. Conor melds the avant-garde with ornamentation and rhythm abstracted from West Asian and European folk music to form a personal idiom. Conor is a member of the Code Switch Composer Collective, a group exploring how music can connect our diverse societies.
