Corporation Tramways and Fine Arts Committee is a Reading-based ambient musical soundscape collective. We aren’t part of any Corporation, we don’t run a tramway and the fineness of our art is for you to judge. We are not a political organisation but are in favour of decent public amenities and a rich and varied cultural life.
