Cull is the dreamo (dream+emo?) solo project of Western Sydney artist and producer, Chumpy Ly. Cull started with loss - in 2012, frontman Chumpy Ly’s grandmother passed, taking from him a best friend and a mentor who motivated him to pursue his music. Chumpy started Cull as a means of managing his grief - a literal way to cull ill feelings and begin to heal. After a string of singles, an EP and LP which gained local and global praise, Cull is back after a six year hiatus, dripping singles from an upcoming album "I Lost You to the Fog of War."

GARAGE PUNK WITH BLOOD. Tired of shit bands with nothing to say and with nothing underneath ? Hardcore bands pretending to be the new messiahs with skeletons hidden in their cupboard? Safe happy pleasant easy listening rock n roll garage bands more boring and elitist than shoe gazing indie wet farts? PC bands speaking out against injustice and prejudice..unless of course one of the friends happens to be doing it? Generic metal with satanic purists rebelling about paying their parents board?? .. So are we. Musicians and Music is garbage. Its all lies . The scene is corrupted with slicks, cliques, and arse licks . Cull The Scene, Cull the band and then go Cull yourfknself. We play a lost genre of music formerly known as Punk Fkn Rock.
