Curbside was started by the two of us, Matt Gent and myself, Vinko Maurac Jr. We started playing together in the summer of 1997 and while other members came and went, Matt and I stayed on and continued to have fun with music. At first playing covers and then one day our own tunes came flooding out. There is nothing in the world like writing your own song about your life and/or experiences and playing it in front of people or just in a little room in the basement. We just enjoy music and love the creative process
