Emerging from the Adelaide kelp is this 5-sometimes-6-piece shoal of psychedelic groove. The sound and approach is a mix of a calm distillation of early jazz fusion and charged rhythmic psychedelic, emphasising a balance between composition and improvisation. Described as ‘considered’ and ‘heaps chilled’, this combination of music and lyrics constructs landscapes of the familiar and the strange.
