Taking the DeLorean time machine back to the synthesized, shoulder-padded Australian society between 1980 and 1995, Sydney artist Daisy puts the “brand of funk on the cow of mediocrity.” - Thomas Derricott. As she takes you through the Chaka funk, and the New Order synth bass, her dance moves paired with her sassy vox take you to another planet, the planet of 80’s synthpop! Performing as support for soul band Righteous Voodoo, headlining at Lazybones with hip-hop/soul group Yum Yum, and being a feature performer at Heaps Gay Parties such as Mardi Gras, she has always been well to serve you with the cheeky 808 beats.
