Damien Lane is a film composer known for his distinctively eclectic scores. He also works as a producer, arranger and performing artist. Among his notable collaborators is Amanda Brown, with whom he co-wrote the score for Quilty: Painting the Shadows, which was nominated by both AACTA and APRA for Best Score Documentary in 2019. He has also collaborated with the photo media artist Tamara Dean and with the singer Jodi Phillis (The Clouds), whose most recent album he produced (We Need to be Free). Damien is currently working on two upcoming feature documentaries as well as further collaborations with Jodi Phillis for ABC TV. He is preparing an album of instrumental works, set for release in early 2023.
