Since forming in late 2009, Damn Fine Gentlemen has gained a solid reputation as an interesting and original addition to the Australian music scene. Following the success of their EP Red Belly Black, (ten months on the Australian Blues/Roots charts), the band released their self titled Debut Album in September 2011. Recorded with Aria Award winning engineer Al Wright, the self titled album is a diverse collection of contemporary blues, roots and rockabilly. Damn Fine Gentlemen is Bruce Greenfeld on guitar and vocals, Tim Dennis on bass and Daniel Glasgow on drums. A power trio in its truest sense, Damn Fine Gentlemen create a tight and original sound with emphasis on powerhouse rhythms, upfront leads and original tunes. Dressed for the part, Damn Fine Gentlemen's live stage performance is filled with experimental beats and styles, from contemporary blues to folk, rockabilly, roots, swamp and rock.
