Danejer burst onto the Sydney gig circuit in 2008, armed with a collection of original songs, an explosive attitude and a decorated stage piano. She is a fierce, passionate and raw creative force to be reckoned with, and has carved out her own identity as the elusive mistress of piano-thrashing dark cabaret. With a style that has been described as avant-garde theatrical dream pop, Danejer exhibits a performance that is frantic, playful and always entertaining.
